Amal Azzudin

Originally from Somalia, Amal fled to Jordan and eventually settled in the UK. In Scotland, she became one of the "Glasgow Girls," young asylum seekers who fought against child refugee detention. Her activism gained widespread recognition, influencing UK refugee policies. Today, Amal is a renowned campaigner for refugee rights, inspiring many with her dedication and resilience.

Sahar Al-Masri

Sahar is a Syrian refugee that fled to Jordan with her family. In Zaatari camp, she thrived in educational programs supported by NGOs and the Jordanian government. Sahar earned a scholarship to a top university in Jordan, graduating with an engineering degree. Today, she collaborates with international organizations to enhance infrastructure in refugee camps, giving back to the community that once sheltered her.

Mahmoud Farouk

Mahmoud, a Syrian teenager in Azraq camp, joined a youth program on leadership and entrepreneurship. His project providing solar-powered lights gained recognition and funding, improving safety. Now, he collaborates with NGOs to expand his project to other camps.
